    How we clean your windows

We use a water-fed pole system with purified water. The water is filtered so it contains nothing that can leave marks, which means the glass dries clear without smears or streaks. A soft brush on the pole lifts dirt from the glass, frames and sills in one pass, and it reaches upstairs windows without ladders on your lawn or flower beds.

For small panes, leaded lights, awkward conservatory glass and the places a pole cannot safely reach, we clean by hand with traditional tools. Every visit ends with a check from the ground so nothing is missed.

    Every kind of window

    • Sash, casement and tilt-and-turn windows
    • Large glass frontages, bi-fold doors and skylights
    • Conservatories, orangeries and porches
    • Leaded and small-pane windows (cleaned with care)
    • Shop fronts, offices and holiday lets
    • Frames, sills and door glass included as standard

    A schedule that suits you

Most customers book a regular clean every four, six, eight or twelve weeks, and we turn up on the same rotation so you never need to think about it. One-off cleans are always welcome, whether that is before a party, after building work or when you are getting a property ready to sell.

    Window Cleaning questions

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we can reach the outside of your windows, you do not need to be in. We will let you know when we have finished.

    Are frames and sills included?

Yes. We clean the frames and sills on every visit so the glass is not the only thing that looks fresh.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Every four to eight weeks suits most homes. Properties under trees, near fields or close to the coast may benefit from more frequent visits. We will recommend a rhythm when we quote.

Can you clean high or hard-to-reach windows?

Usually, yes. The water-fed pole reaches higher than most ladders, and we will tell you honestly if a window needs a different approach.
